three little words

Pledge time again.

This is a listener-supported website: every so often I call out from the depths of cyberspace to ask you for money. I try to do it a little differently each time, so none of us gets bored.

This time, I'm going to try a simplified version of the good ol' public radio pledge drive. No pledges or call-ins. Just send money, and I'll start playing those hits again.

I've got content here I'm eager to release into the wild. More Sterling, Kadrey, Swanwick and Langford. An extremely cool story by tartly funny Ben Rosenbaum.

But I need some way to pay the bills, and my pockets are empty. I don't keep any money for myself: it all goes out in tiny lumps to writers, artists, and production staff.

So here's the deal: please donate what you can afford. Times are rough, but we need circuses as well as bread.

For every $500 of donations that comes in, I'll put up some new content. When donations reach the $2500 level, I'll post Ben Rosenbaum's new story, The Death Trap of Dr. Nefario. When I get $5000, we'll go back to business as usual: Bruce Sterling every weekday, Kadrey, Swanwick, and Langford. And another new story that I'm going to keep a secret for now.

Check back daily: I'll post something every weekday, as usual. Check the usual places on the usual days. I have some special gifts for donors coming up, and I'll let you know how we're doing.

Thanks for any contribution you can make to keep The Infinite Matrix from becoming all too finite. — Eileen
